Pride Mobility Products Corp., the world’s leading designer
and manufacturer of personal mobility products including Jazzy
Power Chairs, Go-Go Travel Mobility, and Pride Scooters &
Lift Chairs, is pleased to announce Ed McMahon as the company’s
newest spokesperson.
As National Vice President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association,
and co-anchor of the annual Labor Day Telethon since 1968,
Mr. McMahon has long seen how Pride’s Jazzy Power Chairs
and Pride Scooters help individuals maintain their independence.
On a personal level, a close friend of his uses a Pride Scooter
and he notes that her life has been enhanced by it.
Pride will feature Mr. McMahon in a campaign designed for
Pride Mobility Product Providers to utilize him in all aspects
of their marketing programs. He will be featured in TV and
radio commercials, print ads, merchandising materials, custom
literature, direct mail, and on the web. He will also maintain
an active role in group discussions with Pride’s consumers.
Pride’s Chairman and CEO, Scott Meuser stated, “We
believe Mr. McMahon is an excellent representative for Pride
products and the industry as a whole. We feel honored that
he has chosen to be an endorser for Pride Mobility after seeing
first hand how our products improve the lives of the individuals
who use them.”
“I’m excited to be working with Pride. I’ve
known many people whose lives have been impacted by their
products and I want to do what I can to help people who need
mobility assistance see that as well - that they can maintain
an active lifestyle with the help of Pride’s products,”
stated Mr. McMahon. Mr. McMahon was introduced at Pride’s
booth at the 2004 MedTrade Show in Orlando, FL, where he had
the chance to meet and greet our providers.
